There is a several step process for locating a school address on line for a specific listings address in Santa Clara County.

First you need to use the district locator here:

If it is in the Santa Clara Union School district you will go here to search by street address:

In the Los Gatos School Discttict use their handy School Locator Map:

If it is Fremont Union School district, ie Sunnyvale or Cupertino you will go here to search for elementary and middle

If it is in Palo Alto you will go to this page to look at the schools and their addresses:
